     The Junction Elementary School District is seeking Letters of interest from residents interested in filling a vacancy on the Board of Trustees.  The individuals appointed to the Board will serve as a provisionary appointment until the next election in November 2022.

    Registered voters residing within the Junction School District area of service are eligible to apply.  Regular meetings of the Junction Elementary School District are scheduled for the third Tuesday of the month at 5:00 p.m.  It may occasionally be necessary to call special meetings and work studies of the Board.  Interested persons need not have children attending Junction school at the time of the Board service.

    Letters of interest need to be sumbitted stating why the applicant is interested in serving on the Junction Elementary School District Board of Trustees, pertinent background information about the applicant, and the applicants knowledge or experience with school districts or other related operations.  Applicants will be interviewed by the Governing Board during the open session of the regular meeting of the Board scheduled on January 18th, 2022 at approximately 5:00 p.m.

    Letters of interest should be mailed to Clay Ross, Superintendent, Junction Elementary School District, 9087 Deschutes Rd., Palo Cedro, CA. 96073.  Letters must be received on or before January 13th, 2022
